I placed an order with you guys last wk and requested Monday for delivery day as Monday was overcast and my partner was home early however I was working until 5.30pm today and the order was delivered to my doorstep at 10.50am, it’s sat in the 24 degree sun all day and iv just opened the box and it’s all melted and defrosted, is that it ruined or can I freeze it all again and it will be ok?

Order was processed swift and send out fast but it takes a while before it arrives (abroad) and there were no shipment tracking updates…

However, shipping was delayed, and I paid the shipping fees to your store.
The product was sent via my local post office,
and my country's post office charged me an additional $24.
I received the product from the postal representative and it was very hot. I put it in the refrigerator for a short time to cool it down.
I don't know if I can use it or if it has spoiled due to the heat.

Started using xylitol gum after reading about the benefiits. I have definitly noticed significantly less plaque on my teeth and gums at the end of each day. I love the cinnamon flavour, but all the flavours are great!
