Refund policy

Please Read Our Return & Refund Policy Carefully:

Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can email us at contact@naturesbalance.co.uk. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return shipping label
If we have made an error with your order, we will offer you a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you will need to pay for postage yourself.


Wrong product
If you discover your order is flawed, please contact us at contact@naturesbalance.co.uk with photos of the wrong product. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive a tracking number, we will ship a replacement a product immediately.

 

Change of mind
You may return your order if you no longer want it, granted your order is still unopened and in it's original condition, and you make a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Note that in this case, you will need to pay for return postage yourself.


Damages and issues

If your item(s) is defective or damaged, please contact us at contact@naturesbalance.co.uk with photos of the item. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive a tracking number, we will ship a replacement a product immediately.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Note that in this case, you will need to pay for return postage yourself.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
