Take 1g-2g per day, mix into water, coffee, drinks or meals.

All of Ape Nutrition’s mushroom products are very hygroscopic (they absorb moisture out of the air very easily.) Therefore, to ensure they remain as a powder and do not clump, store them in a non-humid environment and re-apply the lid after using. As with all their products, Ape Nutrition’s goal is to provide the purest form possible, they therefore choose not to mix fibres or maltodextrin with the mushrooms that are often used to prevent the powder from clumping.
