Nutri Advanced DIM 100mg is a high potency formula providing 100mg of Diindolylmethane (DIM) in each capsule, together with vitamin E and phosphatidylcholine. Scientific studies have shown that DIM helps to support healthy hormone balance in both men and women.

DIM is a metabolite of indole-3-carbinol, the phytonutrient (plant chemical) found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts and cabbage. Indole-3-carbinol gets converted into its active form DIM in the body so taking DIM directly bypasses the need for this conversion, providing what may be a more effective way of supplementation. DIM is also thought to be more stable than indole-3-carbinol.

DIM 100mg contains vitamin E and phosphatidylcholine for enhanced absorption and bioavailability. DIM alone is poorly absorbed from the gut but when combined with phosphatidylcholine and vitamin E has superior absorption and bioavailability.
