Ingredients: Wheat fibre, Oat fibre, Guar gum, Fructooligosaccharides, Inulin, Resistant Starch, PHGG, Guar Gum.
The Metabolic Booster blend contains wheat and oat fibre. However, during the production process, all of the gluten protein has been removed. It has been rigorously tested to ensure they contain less than 20 parts per million (ppm), according to gluten-free regulation (EC) No. 609/2013, 828/2014, and Codex Alimentarius. Myota blends are suitable for those with Coeliac disease and gluten sensitivity.

Directions:
Start with 5g a day (half a scoop) and gradually build up to 10g a day (one scoop). Make sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep your fibre flowing. Add it to smoothies. Stir it into yoghurt. Sprinkle on your morning muesli. This is a flavourless powder so you can easily dissolve it into food and hot or cold drinks.
